“Both myself and my husband had an amazing day, we were collected from the hotel in Hurghada by Ahmed our driver. Ahmed was lovely and very polite throughout the day Ahmed took us to a cafe in Luxor to wait for another taxi to take us to the motor boat at Luxor pier. From there we made our way to the field where the balloons were waiting, we had to wait several minutes until approval was given from the aviation sector. approval was granted and all system were go to get the balloons off the ground. “...bad food/ cold food after 5h traveling We waited 1.5h for the driver in the morning. No private transfer to Luxor ...you have to go with the normal bus. The balloon flight was a disaster.... after 10 min flight was emergency landing and we went back to the hotel. We were not given any other option. We paid 340GBP for this. no refund ...nothing!!! After this we went back to Hurghada / with normal bus. i informed the guy from agency that we are 10 min from hurghada and i need the driver to the hotel.... answer 1.20h later. sooo...dont waste your money and time guys.”
